This Privacy Policy describes how "3 Words Today" (the "App") handles information about you when you use it. The App is published by naruberio ("we", "us", "our").

1. Summary

We do not collect any personal data. Everything you write or set in the App stays on your device. We do not run servers, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any of the following:

Account information (email, name, profile)
Contacts, location, calendar, photos, microphone, camera
Diary entries, words, dates, streaks, or any user-generated content
Device identifiers used for advertising or tracking
Crash reports or analytics events sent to third parties

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device (using iOS local storage such as SQLite and UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself.

When you uninstall the App, all of this data is deleted by iOS.

4. Apple App Store and In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (the optional "Supporter" purchase) are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email, payment card, or any other personal information from Apple — we only receive a signed receipt indicating that a purchase occurred.

Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, the App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 or any other age threshold under any jurisdiction.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following iOS permissions only if you enable the corresponding feature:

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete on our side. To delete all data stored by the App, uninstall it from your device.

For users in the EU (GDPR), the UK, California (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil (LGPD), or other privacy regimes: the App does not act as a controller or processor of your personal data, since none is collected by us.

9. International Use

The App is available globally. Because no data is transmitted off your device, no cross-border data transfer occurs.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and by publishing the revised policy at the URL listed in section 11. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
